(1) The controller may recognize the certifying body that has obtained a license to issue certificates in accordance with the laws of a foreign country, after obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal, publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and complying with the prescribed conditions. The foreign body certifying that it has been recognized in this way may issue a certificate in the State of Nepal under this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The procedure to be followed while recognizing the foreign body that performs certification as mentioned in sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
